01Do I have to change my email address?

No. Lullbox is a calmer view of inboxes you already have. Connect Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, or another compatible IMAP mailbox and keep using the same address people already know.

02Does AI send email without asking me?

No. Lullbox can summarize, suggest priorities, apply reversible labels when you enable that behavior, and help rewrite a draft. You review what is sent. AI assistance can be limited or left off.

03How are mailbox credentials protected?

Mailbox credentials travel over TLS and are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM in an account-bound service envelope. Lullbox decrypts them only inside authorized operations for your connected Personal inbox.

04Which providers work today?

Lullbox supports Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo Mail, Fastmail, and compatible IMAP providers through provider-issued app passwords. Outlook and Microsoft 365 require Modern Auth and appear only when Lullbox's verified Microsoft connector is available.

05What happens if I cancel Pro?

Your account moves to Free at the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not schedule account deletion, so your account and its available data remain yours to manage.

06Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The responsive web app works in mobile browsers today. Native iOS and Android applications remain on the roadmap.
